The website has three regions:

1. Both English and French - shown on a white background
2. English section
3. French section

The structure of the French region mirrors that of the English.

The site is entered at index.html (Angel) which leads solely to spons.html (FrontPage).

In the diagram x runs from I to VIII, y runs from 1 to 8 (but no [VII,6]), z runs from i to v and w runs from A to M (but no [v,K], [v,L], [v,M]).

(HRH) denotes the page for the Patron's welcome.

(FrontPage) leads to two two main areas:

• (Programme) giving the academic timetable and leading to the academic pages, shown in black.
• (Info) leading to the administrative pages, whose details are not given in the diagram, shown in red.

(Plenary[x]) denotes pages for 8 plenary sessions, and (Panel[x,y]) pages for the y-th panel of the x-th plenary session.

(Comm[z]) denotes pages for 5 communications sessions, and (Slot[z,w]) pages for the w-th slot of the z-th communication session.

Showing them all would make the diagram unreadable, so only the schema is shown.

(Commlist) denotes a page listing all the communications alphabetically by author. There are links from each author to the page for the slot in which he or she delivers their communication.

(Posterlist) denotes a page listing all the posters alphabetically by author.
